Orders for Verdictk car washing products may be cancelled before they are packed or handed to the shipping carrier. Contact us promptly with your order number and cancellation request.

Before dispatch

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before dispatch. If the cancellation is accepted, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

After dispatch

If an order has already shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled in transit. You may use the Refund Policy and return instructions after delivery, if eligible.

Changes to an order

Requests to change products, quantities, shipping details, or delivery instructions are handled as cancellation-and-reorder requests where possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
