Verdictk wants you to be satisfied with your car washing products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligibility

Refund or replacement requests are generally considered for unused and unopened products reported within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, mixed, diluted, used, contaminated, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible unless the issue is a verified defect or shipping damage.

How to request a refund

Contact Verdictk through the details on our website before sending anything back. We will review the order and provide return instructions when a return is approved. Do not ship products to an address without authorization.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, where a return is required. Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Exclusions

Gift cards, clearance items, and products damaged through misuse may be excluded where permitted by law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
